Student Financial Assistance may require a number of different documents to verify information for your financial aid. These may be required for federal, state or institution aid to process and disburse to your account. Here are a couple different examples of commonly required documents.
Federal 1040 is a standard federal tax form often used in verification. This includes schedules if applicable.
Federal Tax Transcript is the report from the federal government on your tax return.
W-2 Forms are issued by employers to document earnings and taxes withheld on those earnings.
