Scholarship renewal criteria is as of the time of award. If amounts and renewal criteria change for future student cohorts, the amounts and renewal criteria will not automatically change for current awards.
All Missouri S&T scholarships require the recipient to be a full-time undergraduate student, which is defined as being enrolled in a minimum of 12 academic credit hours per semester at Missouri S&T and enrolled full-time throughout each semester.
Out of state students who become Missouri residents will be assessed instate tuition and forfeit the out of state merit scholarships.
For international students, credit hours taken through the Intensive English Program do not count as academic credit hours for full-time enrollment.
Scholarships may be used during the fall or spring academic semester and are not available for attendance during a summer semester.
Students who interrupt their attendance at S&T to attend another university will not receive these scholarship upon re-enrollment at Missouri S&T.
Renewal GPA is the cumulative GPA typically calculated after two regular academic semesters of enrollment at Missouri S&T and will include all previous graded college-level coursework from accredited postsecondary institutions.
