Global Engineering Program

Financial Aid for Years 1-3

In the first three years of the Global Engineering Program, students participate in regular classes and activities on campus at Missouri S&T. Financial aid during these first three years would be the same as for any domestic student attending S&T. Students are encouraged to apply for scholarships and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year to qualify for financial aid.

Scholarships

Incoming students are encouraged to apply for all scholarships they could qualify for as an incoming student. More information on the different types and criteria of incoming scholarships can be found on our scholarship website.

Our scholarship database also has a number of competitive opportunities that students would want to check out and apply for each year. For more information on how to find and apply for these scholarships, check out scholarship database.

In order to continue receiving scholarships for each of these three years, students would need to meet all renewal criteria for university or other scholarships. More information on university scholarship renewal criteria is available on our scholarship renewal website.

FAFSA

A number of financial aid resources are available by submitting the FAFSA each year. These can include both federal grants, loans and work-study as well as other state and university aid. Information on the types of aid available and steps to submit the FAFSA can be found on our FAFSA website. We encourage students to complete the FAFSA by February 1st prior to the start of each academic year to be considered for the most possible aid.
