Financial Aid Night at High Schools

Need help paying for college?

Are you a senior in High School or a parent looking at how to pay the cost of attending college? The Student Financial Assistance Office is here to help. Come to a Financial Aid night and learn more about the financial aid process. You will hear about what kind of financial aid is available and how to apply for aid.

High School seniors, along with current college students, will also receive free assistance in filling out the 2018-2019 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Need-based federal and state aid is awarded based on information from the FAFSA.

If your high school is not listed below or if you cannot attend a financial aid night at your school, please feel free to join us at an event near you.

All 2017 High School Nights have passed.

If you still need assistance filling out the 2018-2019 FAFSA, East Central College in Union and Rolla are hosting FAFSA Nights from 5:00-6:30 pm on the following dates:

  • Thursday, November 2nd
  • Thursday, November 16th
  • Thursday, November 30th

For more information, contact East Central College at or 636-584-6588.

A 2015 study found that students who file the FAFSA in the first three months received more than double the grant money as those who file later.
